We appreciate your trust in us to safely accommodate you during your stay at the Anchorage by the Sea. We have developed enhanced safety guidelines based on the CDC and American Hotel & Lodging Association “SafeStay”program which will help create a safe, healthy vacation for you and a healthy work environment for our staff.
The CDC and Maine’s DECD (Department of Economic and Community Development) have become our go to resources and we will continue to follow their guidelines in the days ahead.
We are going above and beyond to keep everyone safe. In addition to our high standards of cleaning (awarded AAA inspectors best of Housekeeping 2020), your room has been thoroughly sanitized.
Amenities & Services:
In place of daily housekeeping, for stays less than 7 nights we will provide daily towel replacement, trash removal and additional amenity service. Full cleaning available occasionally on request. Stays of 7 nights or longer will be provided full housekeeping service once per week or on occasional request. Our indoor pool & sauna will remain closed until these areas’ capacity levels are deemed safe to reopen for social distancing.
Food & Beverage:
Surfpoint 360 will operate with full menu service downstairs with reduced indoor dining and expanded outdoor table seating. Full take away menu will be available for in house guests. Upstairs 360 will have reduced seating and be by reservation only (see dining tab to make reservations).

Although your visit to the Anchorage by the Sea may feel different from past years, we hope to provide you with an atmosphere of wellbeing where you can relax and enjoy the benefits of the fresh sea air and the beauty of the Anchorage grounds.
