Class only proposed during summer season will be on Tuesday's and Thursday mornings.

Welcome to Sacred Movement Yoga Studio at Anchorage!

The class offered is a slow flow beginner friendly class taught by Kristina Campagna from Sacred Movement Yoga Studio here in Oqunquit.

 The class is held outside on our front lawn overlooking the ocean.

 

 All guests are welcome to participate.

 Yoga mats are provided.

In the chance of bad weather the class is held in the Anchorage's Meeting Room in the Lightship Building.
