Additional persons over the age of two years old add: $10 Pre & Post Season, $20 June 20 - August 31, 2008. 12 years and under free November - Mid May (up to 2 children per room). Inquire about availability and rates of fireplace, oceanfront studios, and 2 bedroom condo's and cottages, advance deposit required equal to 50% of reserved period. A 30 day cancellation notice is required for refund less processing fee. All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night's room charges inclusive of tax. Management is not responsible for reservations not guaranteed with a deposit. Payment in full for length of stay is due upon arrival. We accept Master Card, Visa & Discover credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted at check-in. We must have a ten business day clearance time for personal checks used for deposits, and they must be drawn on an American bank. All Guest Rooms, Patios and Balconies are Non-Smoking, No pets allowed on the premises. Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 pm & check-out time is by 11:00 am. Reservations are guaranteed by location, specific room numbers may be requested and we will try our best to honor them, they can not be guaranteed. Cancellations (for length of stay or a portion of) must be received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival for guaranteed refund less a $20.00 processing fee. Departures previous to length of time reserved will be charged in full for balance of reserved period. |
