Internationally known singer Ellen O'Brien will appear at The Surf Point Grill on June 22, 29, July 10, 17, 24, and Aug. 7.

Ellen O'Brien is a Revere native and a Berklee College of Music allumna. She is an accomplished singer and songwriter and has won the prestigious Apollo Theater competition three times in a row. Ellen sings a soulful mix of jazz, blues, and pop.
Ellen recently won Best Female Soul, Blues Artist at the New England Urban Music Awards on April 30th, 2011, She was also just hired as a Voice Professor at Berklee College of Music, and will be teaching a Master Class in London as well as touring England in October. It will be her 4th time in 4 years over there.

Lex along with Joe will be appearing at The Surf Point Grill on May 29, June 12, July 4, 31, Aug. 21, and 28.

Lex & Joe are musicians collaborating to offer music from the Swing Era as well as more contemporary rhythm and blues.

La Madeleine will perform at The Surf Point Grill on June 24, July 1, 8, 15, 22, and Aug. 5.

La Madeleine performs a unique mix of French, Celtic, jazz and folk music and features the amazing Chip Harding on guitar and keyboard along with his singer/rhymist wife, Madeleine and the incredibly talented Melissa Streuli on the violin.

Jonathan Sarty will appear at The Surf Point Grill on July 6, 20, 27, Aug. 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31.

Rob Robbins will appear at The Surf Point Grill on May 21, 28, June 4, 11, 18, 25, July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Aug. 6, 13, 20, 27 and September 3.

Rob Robbins At the age of sixteen, Rob began his musical career as a pianist/vocalist in the lounge at LakeWood Theater, the oldest theater in the State of Maine. Headliners such as Milton Berle & Della Reese, found their way to the lounge after their evenings performance where they gathered around the piano giving Rob some pointers on how to entertain & capture an audience. Since that summer in 1978, Rob has performed in first-rate hotels, resorts & restaurants from Maine to Florida & in-between.

Maine's coastline hosts an abundance of tourist spots, perfect for Rob's style & versatility. Throughout the 1980*s Rob was the in-house performer at the Shawmut Inn, Cafe Tophers, The Port Gardens Inn & the Colony Hotel in Kennebunkport, Maine. During his years on the coast he was the back-up band for Jay Leno’s performances and also performed for First Lady Barbara Bush. In addition, he had his own house band at the Sheraton Hotel & the original Valle's Steak House in the Portland area. He recently finished his tenth season as the house musician at The Bethel Inn Resort. In 1990, Rob found himself heading to the warmth of the southern states. He held four successful summer seasons at Cafe' Europa, on Hilton Head Island, S.C. & began what would become a ten year winter engagement at the Colony Hotel in Delray Beach, FL. In

1998, Rob spent a winter performing in some of Atlanta's most popular night clubs beginning with the Park Place Cafe', voted Atlanta's #1 Piano-Bar. Other venues included mid-town's Coohill's, The Porterhouse Restaurant, The Four Seasons Resort & Dailey's Downtown. Currently, Rob entertains through-out the North East performing at resorts, lounges, special events, wedding receptions & private parties.

Adam Waxman will perform at The Surf Point Grill on June 21, July 13, 2011.

A Portland native, Adam Waxman began his playing career pretty late in the game at age 23, learning to play guitar and keys in a short time. Adam's true instrument lies in his sultry voice though, where he exhibits his love of motown, folk, R/B, and soul music. A man once described his music as buttery blue-eyed soul playing an array of originals and covers; stretching from Sam Cooke, John Prine, Van Morrison, and Stevie Wonder. While Adam plays regularly with his band Adam and the Waxmen, he also continues to tour and play regular gigs in and around Maine as a solo artist. An old soul, Adam truly loves to just play.

Jessica Laflamme Gardner will perform at The Surf Point Grill on Aug. 19 and 26.

Montreal native, Jessica Laflamme Gardner, has been singing and composing since her youth. She won numerous awards at singing competitions for her distinctive voice and authentic sound. In 2007, Jessica became the Musical Director for the Music For Life organization in Rwanda and Uganda. In 2008, she produced a live DVD demo with her jazz quintet, performing her very own versions of well-known jazz standards.

She then joined the Montreal renowned Jireh Gospel Choir, performing regularly at numerous events, such as theSaguenay Jazz & Blues Festival, Quebec's 400th Anniversary Concert Series, numerous mediated events in Montreal, and at the prestigious World Polyfolia Vocal Showcase in Normandie, France.

Since her arrival to the United States, Jessica has been an active Vocal Instructor, giving Jazz Vocal Workshops to
schools in the local area, and is excited to bring her very own mixture of jazz, funk and French-acoustic sound to the seacoast's music scene.

She will be accompanied by guitarist Eric Turner, a veteran of hundreds of local and national scene gigs. Eric has performed with opening acts for bands such as The Foo Fighters, Tom Petty, and Kanye West, to name a few. He brings his unique blend of jazz, funk and soul to New Hampshire band Duty Free, winners of the 2006 Jillian's National Battle of the Bands
competition, which earned the group an opening slot at Amster Jam 2006, on Randall's Island, New York, and a mention in Spin and Rolling Stone magazines.
