Located directly on the Marginal Way, (a footpath along the ocean known for its natural beauty & breathtaking views.) our resort is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, art galleries, museums, hiking, miles of sandy beaches, & Perkins cove.

The resort is completely equipped to accommodate up to 35 people in our comfortable Lightship Conference Room for both business and leisure activities.
