- Nightly rates based on double occupancy: Minimum nights stay may apply weekends and peak season.
- Additional persons over the age of two years old add:
$10 Pre & Post Season,
$20.00 June 20th –September 13th, 2014.
- Inquire about availability and rates of fireplace, oceanfront studios, and 2 bedroom condos and cottages.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a minimum deposit equal to one nights stay.
- Payment in full for length of stay is due upon arrival. We accept cash, Master Card, Visa & Discover credit cards.
- All rooms are non-smoking. No pets are allowed on the premises.
- Check-in time is after 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
- Reservations are guaranteed by location, specific room numbers may be requested and we will try our best to honor them, they cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellations (for length of stay or a portion of) must be received fourteen days prior to scheduled arrival for guaranteed refund less a $20 processing fee.
- Cottage and premium locations have a 30 day cancellation notice & 50% advance deposit.
